Education and Best Practices

The Education and Best Practices Committee develops and delivers high-quality educational content to inform and educate the hedge fund community. It also monitors proposed legislation and provides regulatory updates. The Committee champions adherence to best practices and high ethical conduct for the industry. Chairperson: Young Lee

Events

The Events Committee identifies topics of interest and recruits high quality speakers for monthly Roundtable events and other special events. Speakers and their presentation topics support the mission of the Roundtable to promote education and best practices. The events are designed to provide our members the opportunity to garner useful information and exchange ideas.

Liaison

The Liaison Committee works with other hedge fund organizations to share relevant information and gather insights about what groups are doing to best serve their membership. In addition, the Committee seeks opportunities and benefits for our members from other organizations.

Membership

The Membership Committee recruits new members to the Roundtable. The Committee organizes membership drives and targets specific types of members to create a good balance among investors, investment managers and service providers.

Philanthropy

The Philanthropy Committee facilitates and pursues philanthropy opportunities for the Roundtable's membership, including working with the Events Committee to plan and execute philanthropic events with selected charities.

Sponsorship

The Sponsorship Committee identifies new sponsors and maintains relations with existing sponsors. In addition, the Committee helps design each level of sponsorship and the corresponding benefits package.
